Cymer's Technical Learning & Development Department is committed to providing quality technical training to operators and service technicians of Cymer's excimer lasers. By applying the Instructional System Design Method (ISDM), Cymer Technical Instructors regularly solicit feedback from students and implement their suggestions, continuously improving classroom instruction methods, written training materials, and the hands-on laboratory experience.

Technical training is available to those students whose company owns or will own a Cymer laser. Enrolled students must pass Cymer's knowledge and performance evaluations to continue to the next level of training. Each training level provides greater in-depth knowledge of the physical, operational, and functional characteristics of the laser.
