Our technical support staff is only a phone/fax/e-mail away to provide you with up-to-date information on your Cymer laser. Each member of our team of hand-picked staff are experts in specific areas and have extensive experience with the design and engineering of Cymer lasers.

Standard Business Hours Support-This is included at no charge to customers under our standard new product warranty coverage. We will provide responses within 4 hours or less to customer inquiries pertaining to systems under warranty.

7x24 Phone Coverage Technical Support (optional enhancement)-For customers that require immediate response around the clock, this full coverage program can be used to support an entire region.
