Supporting Our Employees
Cymer's success as an industry leader relies heavily on our employees and their ability to perform at optimum levels. Cymer's employees work in a challenging environment in which they are expected to act as leaders within their field of expertise. We are proud to provide comprehensive benefits that support many aspects of our employees' and dependents' lives; thus allowing them to focus on the achievement of Cymer goals.

All regional employees are eligible for comparable benefits programs tailored to meet the local needs. We recognize that many providers may not be able to deliver the same quality of service across all regions. That's why we carefully select the best provider for each region in which we operate - something a lot of big companies do not do.

The programs described below relate primarily to United States employees, are offered as examples to demonstrate our commitment to the overall satisfaction and well-being of our employees. Programs offered outside of the US vary depending on local customs and laws but are in line with our corporate Values.
